Box office: If remaining tickets are available, they can be purchased at the venue (Taggenbrunn Castle) from 90 minutes before the concert.

Exchange │Cancellation│Reimbursement

In the case of canceled own events, tickets (ticket price) will be refunded within 2 months of the date of the canceled event. After that, any claim expires.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the cast, dates and/or program and does not entitle the holder to return tickets.

Special conditions for wheelchair users

Wheelchair users receive a 50% discount for themselves and one accompanying person. The seats provided for this purpose are located exclusively in the stalls. These tickets must be requested up to one week before the event. The barrier-free entrance is located at the main entrance.

Access and parking spaces

A total of approx. 80 free parking spaces are available to visitors under Taggenbrunn Castle and at the driveway to the castle. Further free parking spaces are available at the entrance to and at the Taggenbrunn winery itself. In good weather, you can follow the marked footpath to the castle (approx. 15 minutes). Visitors can also use the castle lift free of charge. The turnstiles are open from 90 minutes before and until 60 minutes after the event. PLEASE ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME BEFORE THE START OF THE PERFORMANCE, we recommend at least 30 minutes before!

Admission | Late arrival

Admission to the auditorium: approx. 30 minutes before the start of the performance. For organizational reasons, the admission time may be delayed.

For safety reasons and in consideration of the participating artists and other visitors, the entitlement to the booked space expires at the start of the event.

At all events during the Taggenbrunn Festival, latecomers are only admitted during the breaks or when accompanied by the audience service. It is not permitted to take a seat other than the one indicated on the ticket. In the event of an unauthorized change of seat, the difference may be charged or the visitor may be expelled from this seat or from the performance.

Relocation

The organizers of the Taggenbrunn Festival reserve the right to change seats if the booked seats cannot be used for organizational or safety reasons. Re-seating will always be in the same price category or with an upgrade to a better category.

Domestic authority

Visitors may be refused admission if there is reasonable cause to believe that they are disrupting the performance or disturbing other visitors. Admission may also be refused if visitors have not complied with the terms and conditions in previous performances. Persons who obstruct ticket sales, in particular who attempt to offer or resell tickets privately in the rooms and on the grounds of the Taggenbrunn Festival, may be expelled from the building or from the Festival grounds. Visitors may be ejected from the performance in progress if they behave in a disruptive manner or have taken a seat for which they do not have a valid ticket.

Cell phones, pagers and acoustic signaling devices of all kinds may only be taken into the venues when switched off.

Sound and/or image recordings

Sound and/or image recordings of any kind (including by cell phone!) are not permitted due to copyright and possible disturbance of the artists and the audience. We would like to point out that in the event of non-compliance with these regulations, the ticket holder will be excluded from the event without any right to a refund.

The visitor agrees to the recording of his/her person and the associated use in the form of photo, television and video recordings by the Taggenbrunn Festival or by authorized third parties. If you have any questions, please contact our public service at the entrance.
